Honey Chilli Potato

Satisfy your between the meals hunger with this hot honey chilli potato snack. Cooking together the flavour of Thai, Indian and Chinese cuisine; this snack will definitely leave you wanting for more.


  • 3 potatoes, sliced
  • 2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 spring onion, chopped round
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp - thai chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp - honey
  • 3 tbsp - maida
  • 3 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 tsp - parsley
  • 1 tsp - oregano
  • salt and red chilli powder to taste


  • Saute garlic and onion in ghee. Keep it aside.
  • Saute tomato paste in ghee.
  • Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, salt, red chilli powder, oregano and parsley.
  • Mix the sauted onions into it on a low flame.
  • Now take sliced potatoes and add maida, corn flour and very little of water.
  • Fry in refined oil. Mix it in the sauce and serve hot.
